I really enjoy reading health, fitness and running blogs. But while they're inspiring, I often get discouraged because, daaamn they seem to fast! That's why I've created my own running section. I want to show all of you that you don't have to run 6 minute miles to run a race, to love running, to be a runner (but hey, if you're fast, more power to you!). I've run seven (about to be eight!) half marathons and did my first marathon in January 2011.
