Are you curious about the world around you? If so, the Social Sciences program at
RCC is a great fit! The program is designed for students who are interested in enhancing
the world through both theoretical and practical lenses. Students learn about themselves,
others, and society as a whole. Students explore historical data and its effects on
modern life. The Social Sciences program helps students address interdisciplinary
topics by utilizing critical thought and problem-solving skills. The Social Sciences
program provides students with the opportunity to earn higher-level degrees in areas
such as history, psychology, economics, and sociology! However, if students choose,
they can dive straight into the workforce in a wide array of fields.

MassTransfer - Through the MassTransfer program, your social sciences degree from RCC transfers as two years of completed work towards at Bachelor's degree at most state colleges and universities. Review the A2B pathways on the MassTransfer website.
RCC also has articulation agreements with private universities that allow for seamless
transfer to a four-year school upon completion of your social sciences degree at RCC:
