sweet musik

Whenever I come down with any sort of sickness, it makes me feel blah and homesick. It also makes me miss my mom, a lot. Can I confess something? I like that when I'm sick she calls to check on me constantly. There, I said it. I'm 26 and I wish that my mom could take care of me when I am feeling like there's a fat man sitting on (and maybe in) my chest. This morning we had a ten minute phone conversation in which we discussed, in depth, the color of my snot and what it means. If that's not true motherly love, then damn I don't know what is. But anyway, I've been listening to some sweet slow jamz, and I wanted to share them with you:

I LOVE Breathe Me!!! Yoga teachers love it too. I have a great remix for running, will post the exact title tomorrow in my blog.

me too!! i actually heard it in a core fusion class, and couldn't figure out what song it was. i went CRAZY for almost an entire day before figuring it out and i haven't stopped listening to it since!

these songs are all great choices!

and i feel the same way about my mom when i'm sick. i mean, it's nice to have ANYONE to take care of you, but especially your mom, because she just seems to KNOW exactly what to say and do and when to coddle you and when to leave you be, that no one else can compare.
